Clinical neuroscience is a branch of neuroscience that focuses on the study of the mechanisms that underlie diseases and disorders, so I think the definition of the term Neuroscience should include something about this concept. For example, "Neuroscience is the scientific study of the nervous system... , its functions and its disorders"
